We offer industry-leading service in the specification and supply of appliances for residential apartments, new homes, renovations, aged care, education and childcare, commercial interior fit-outs, hotels and mining accommodation, and government projects.
In 2020 R.T. Edwards became part of BSR Group, Australia’s largest independent home appliance and furniture retailer group. As part of BSR Group R.T. Edwards Commercial has expanded now have over 200 distribution centres across Australia, giving the ability to service the commercial and building industry nation-wide.

Board of Directors
Graeme Cunningham, Managing Director
Graeme joined the BSR Group as CEO in November 2010 until June 2022 when he was appointed as Managing Director. He has been associated with the Betta brand for more than 36 years and has over 47 years' experience in the franchise and electrical appliance industries having worked in both the retail and wholesale areas. He has held numerous senior management positions within the retail and wholesale industries, including at Sharp Corporation, Southcorp Appliances and LG. He is also a current director of the National Associated Retail Traders of Australia (NARTA).
Dominic McClelland, Director
Dominic is a director and Deputy Chairman of both BSR Franchising Pty Ltd and BSR Australia Ltd, having held those positions since 2008 and 2007 respectively. He has more than 38 years' experience in electrical retailing, operating the Betta store in Batemans Bay, NSW, since 1989 and the Betta store in Ulladulla, NSW, from 1998 until 2015. Dominic is also a current director of Banksia Villages Ltd, a not-for-profit provider of residential and home-based aged care.
Glenn Cain, Director
Glenn is a director of both BSR Australia Ltd and BSR Franchising Pty Ltd having held those positions since 2007 and 2018 respectively, and inaugural Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee. Glenn has been involved in the operation of Betta Lismore and Chandlers Betta Casino, NSW, since 2000. Glenn has over 36 years' experience in the retail electrical industry, and he and his family have been involved with the Betta brand for 28 years.
Carolyn Parker, Non-Executive Director
Carolyn was appointed a director of the BSR Group entities on 1 June 2022. Carolyn is a retail specialist with over 30 years' management experience. Gaining early experience within her family's owner-operated chain of regional retail stores, she later held several senior executive roles at David Jones. She has since formed her own retail company, currently running two stores. Carolyn is Vice Chair of North Coast Community Housing, and Non-Executive Director of National Trust Australia Queensland. She has been Chair of Santos Organics, President of North Byron Business Chamber, and Non-Executive Director of Senior Rights Service. Carolyn has a Master of Business Administration and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Karen Hope, Non-Executive Director
Karen Hope was appointed an independent non-executive director of BSR Australia Ltd on 1 September 2024. Ms Hope has over 25 years of experience as a C-suite executive in consumer-driven businesses, driving change management initiatives and crafting business strategies for longer term value creation. Most recently, she held the position of VP and Managing Director, ANZ of Newell Brands (US listed owner of global brands including Sunbeam) until January 2024, having previously held the CEO role since December 2013. Prior to this, she held senior executive positions at the Apparel Group and Barbeques Galore. Karen has an Executive MBA from the University of Technology Sydney and is a graduate of the AICD. She is currently a member of the Finance Council for the Catholic Archdiocese of Sydney.
